The Freshest Goods Market returns this Saturday at the new Manifesto/Pound Building located in downtown Toronto. They will have some of the best streetwear and jewelry, from some Toronto’s most creative designers. If you came to Live at the Square during the Manifesto Festival you would have seen some of these brands first hand. Words of Wisdom: LiveToAspire – You Can’t Be What You Can’t See

This is a new segment to ILLDefined Artistry called Words of Wisdom. Words of Wisdom comes from an idea of wanting to motivate others to follow their passions and dreams, open peoples minds to how they can be a better version of themselves, and ultimately inspire them to lead the life they want to live. The ideas in each piece will not necessarily be my ideas. Yes, some pieces will of my own contributions but I want Words of Wisdom to be a voice of many people. I have and will continue to be reaching out into the creative arts community searching for various contributors to the segment. Some of whom you may already know or have heard of, and others who will be introduced to you for the first time. Each piece will be based solely on that particular contributor’s ideas and thoughts. There will also be no limits on how that particular person should want to relay their message. Some may choose to use music/vocally, others written words or art, the use of video video may be their choice, or even something I can’t even conceptualize. Ultimately, Words of Wisdom is about bringing topics forward, and finding ways to inspire you.

Ambush Apparel F11 Drop

The homie Cam over at Ambush Apparel just did a complete reworking of the brand’s site and with this dropped his Fall 2011 collection. The collection is looking sick. Sticking with the brand’s roots they kept the whole heavy typography work throughout the collection of 5 tees, a sweatshirt, and a few beanies.

Mac Miller gives a shout out to my man Cam’s brand Ambush Apparel. Ambush Apparel is street wear brand coming out of Toronto, Canada that is held together by a brother and sister team. They are known for their motto the Element of Surprise, and that’s what they’ll do, surprise the world with bold new designs.
